Elaine Dickson is a finance and strategy executive with more than 25 years of experience supporting organizations where strong decision making and operational focus are critical. As Founder of Mavenly Consultants, she works with leadership teams to link financial performance to business priorities and help turn decisions into action.
She provides fractional CFO leadership focused on decision support, strategy alignment, and performance insight. Her work includes financial analysis, scenario planning, and direct engagement with leadership to evaluate performance against objectives, understand underlying drivers, and identify actions that strengthen outcomes and organizational impact. Her background spans both entrepreneurial and corporate environments, giving her a practical understanding of how decisions play out in operations alongside the expectations of investors and boards.
Elaine connects operational realities with financial perspective, helping leadership and governance stay aligned. She also works closely with boards and investors, translating financial information into a clear framework for discussion to support informed decision making and ensure shared understanding with management.
Elaine is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and has advanced degrees in accounting and business, with continued focus on cybersecurity and AI. She applies this expertise to strengthen data integrity, improve data utilization, and support more efficient workflows. Her work creates a disciplined financial environment where ambiguity is reduced, priorities are clear, and organizations can move forward with intent.
Nicole Grandison, MST, EA, CAA, NTPI Fellow®
Nicole is a tax professional with more than 15 years of experience across public accounting and tax, advising growth-stage companies as their operations expand and tax complexity increases. Her work includes multi state and international tax matters, cross border transactions, and cryptocurrency.

She represents clients before the IRS and supports them through examinations, notices, and ongoing compliance requirements. Her experience also includes foreign owned U.S. businesses, FBAR and FATCA compliance, foreign inheritance and gift reporting, and tax considerations for U.S. taxpayers living abroad. She helps organizations understand their tax position, address issues as they arise, and navigate increasing complexity as they scale.
Nicole holds a Master of Science in Taxation and is an IRS Enrolled Agent and NTPI Fellow.
