As a founder and principal of JamesGoode Associates, she works with leadership teams to operationalize strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and enhance leadership capability.
She has supported organizations through mergers and acquisitions, inclusion initiatives, and process improvements, bringing a practical perspective shaped by senior leadership roles in complex operating environments.
She has held senior HR leadership roles in large, multi-state organizations and has served on several nonprofit boards.
Stephanie Goode, Principal
Stephanie Goode is a senior HR executive with more than 25 years of experience across financial services, healthcare, and media. As a co-founder and principal of JamesGoode Associates, she works with leadership teams to support operational transformation, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and develop leadership capability.
Her work includes organization assessment and restructuring, leadership development, and improving alignment between people, strategy, and execution. She brings a practical perspective shaped by senior executive roles in complex organizations.
She is a certified executive coach and has worked with C-suite executives and boards to develop senior leaders. She has also served on nonprofit boards, including as Board President of Boston TheatreWorks .
